Metallica " Thrash Metal Legend "

Mungkin banyak yangkomplen kenapa gw masukin Metallica gw masukin sebagai salah satu Legend.Tapi jujur aja kalo gw pribadi menganggap Metallica tetap yang terbesar untuk kategori musik Trash Metal. Hehe boleh dong pendapat pribadi ini tapi kalo teman2x yang lain punya pendapat silakan aja kok

Setelah hampir lima tahun tidak menelurkan album, tahun 2008 ini grup cadas Metallica akan menegeluarkan album.

Kini, salah satu grup band rock legendaris tersebut sedang mengejar date line untuk menyelesaikan semua materi lagu yang terdapat di album teranyarnya ini.

Dalam waktu enam minggu kedepan, grup band yang digawangi James Hetfield (vokal dan gitar), Kirk Hammet (gitar), Robert Trujillo (bas) dan Lars Ulrich (drum) ini harus sudah merampungkan semua lagu, agar bisa rilis September nanti.

Sedikit bocoran yang telah beredar, di album yang belum diberi nama ini, beberapa lagunya kembali pada warna musik mereka pada era 80-an.

Seperti dilansir dari contactmusic, Lars Ulrich mengatakan proses pengerjaan album sudah hampir selesai.

"Kami baru selesai rekaman, kami punya waktu tersisa enam minggu lagi dan akan dirilis September nanti," kata Ulrich.

Dirinya yakin, album terbarunya nanti akan sukses lebih besar ketimbang album sebelumnya ST ANGER yang diluncurkan pada 2003.

"Aku bukan orang yang tepat untuk mempromosikan rekaman terbaru yang telah kami lakukan. Aku bukan tipikal orang yang mudah percaya tentang itu semua. Tapi jujur saja aku menyukai album kami, dan aku optimis bisa lebih berhasil" pungkasnya. (NSQ/indoseleb)

His twin brother, Jessie Garon, was stillborn, leaving Elvis to grow up as an only child. He and his parents moved to Memphis, Tennessee in 1948, and Elvis graduated from Humes High School there in 1953.

He starred in 33 successful films, made history with his television appearances and specials, and knew great acclaim through his many, often record-breaking, live concert performances on tour and in Las Vegas. Globally, he has sold over one billion records, more than any other artist. His American sales have earned him gold, platinum or multi-platinum awards for 150 different albums and singles, far more than any other artist. Among his many awards and accolades were 14 Grammy nominations (3 wins) from the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, which he received at age 36, and his being named One of the Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Nation for 1970 by the United States Jaycees. Without any of the special privileges his celebrity status might have afforded him, he honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.

Known the world over by his first name, he is regarded as one of the most important figures of twentieth century popular culture. Elvis died at his Memphis home, Graceland, on August 16, 1977.
